We’re seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns on behalf of a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients in the construction industry, working directly with business owners and company directors. You’ll be able to demonstrate high energy, drive and enthusiasm. While having a good understanding of marketing is an advantage, an ability to build strong customer relationships and work under pressure to meet demanding client deadlines is more important, as we’ll teach you the technical marketing skills. This is an office based role, where personal interaction is valued.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of construction clients, getting to know their business and marketing needs.
  • Planning and coordinating projects, campaigns and communications.
  • Daily touch-base calls with clients via phone, Teams and regular face-to-face visits.
  • Briefing internal creative and technical teams and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, identifying improvements and presenting reports to business owners and directors.
  • Ensuring our clients are happy, engaged and seeing results from our work, so they re-sign up each year.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional marketing services, benefiting clients and helping us grow revenue.
