Full-time: 42 hours per week, working a 3/4 shift pattern with sleep-in opportunities.
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting a young gentleman with a learning disability, complex health needs, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) requirements. This isn't your typical support worker role — we're looking for someone who enjoys being active, has a great sense of humour, and can build positive, meaningful relationships, while leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
The person you'll be supporting has a cheeky, mischievous personality and loves spending time with people who can match his sense of fun whilst remaining calm, patient, and consistent.
