- Competitive salary:£28,350 - £29,362.50 dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Sleeps paid at£50 per nightplus possibility of Over Time
- Mileage is paid at a rate of40p per mile

Hours:40 hours per week, to be worked on a rota basis,in accordance withthe needs of the service. Flexibility is essential due to days, evenings, sleep-ins, waking nights and Bank Holidays are all required shifts.
Residential Childcare Officers are on a 2-week rolling rota (can be subject to change, based on the needs of the service).

- To be aware of andcomply withthe statutory requirements and all the company's policies and procedures including those of outdoor activities.

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will be providing direct day-to-day care and to support Adolescents who display emotional or behavioural difficulties and/or learning disabilities, fulfil their potential, reach their aspirations, andparticipatein outdoor activities or alternative education.Assistingthe team to provide the highest standard of care to any young person/s placed.
