Role Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-level administrative and organisational support to the Leadership Team within a fast-paced, growing business. This role is ideally suited to a confident, self-motivated EA who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable operating at senior level, and can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain absolute discretion at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Executive & Leadership Support: Proactive and complex diary management for members of the Leadership Team, ensuring effective use of time and smooth coordination of internal and external commitments.
  • Executive & Leadership Support: Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper for senior leaders, managing emails, calls and correspondence, and taking appropriate action where required.
  • Executive & Leadership Support: Ensuring senior leaders are fully briefed and prepared for meetings, engagements and events, including the preparation of agendas, briefing notes, presentations and correspondence.
  • Executive & Leadership Support: Managing confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinating all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transport and itineraries.
  • Travel & Logistics: Managing changes efficiently and ensuring all logistics run seamlessly.
  • Meetings, Communications & Events: Supporting internal and external communications on behalf of the Leadership Team.
  • Meetings, Communications & Events: Assisting with the planning and organisation of corporate events, off-sites and large meetings.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional correspondence.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
