As a Trainee People Team Administrator, you will work closely with and support our global teams in APAC, the US, and UK, providing full-cycle support for a team of 210 people. Your role will give you comprehensive insights and training on supporting a global team, covering administration, payroll, learning & development, and talent acquisition. This is an integral role supporting the recruiting function, contributing to the team's success by offering a high-quality candidate experience, administrative support, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing the recruitment process, including preparing job adverts, advertising roles, screening applications, and liaising with candidates.
- Coordinate data for special projects such as salary & benefits benchmarking and job description streamlining.
- Assist with UK Payroll processing.
- Coordinate global learning & development programs.
- Assist with day-to-day People Team administration.
- Coordinate recruitment referencing.
- Prepare weekly People Team reports.
- Coordinate global organization charts.
- Assist in managing the company career page and LinkedIn Recruiter account.
- Support the Intern Programme in the US and UK.
- Oversee the ATS system, ensuring content and data are up to date.
- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates for entry-level roles and internships.
- Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
- Respond to day-to-day HR queries.
- Maintain all employee information/updates with 100% accuracy for payroll processing.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
