Job Description
In this creative and dynamic role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will work closely with and support our Talent Business Partner to attract prospective employees and oversee the recruitment lifecycle. This would be an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high-level candidate experience, administrative support, and delivering operational excellence to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing with the recruitment process, including preparing job adverts, advertising roles, screening applications, and liaising with candidates
- Assist in managing the company career page and LinkedIn Recruiter account
- Assist with the Intern Programme both in the US and UK.
- Administer the ATS system ensuring that content and data are up to date
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Skills and Experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proficient with excel, power point and other related tools
An interest in the creative sector, fashion or public relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
