This role will support the London headquarters and work closely with senior agency leaders within a fast‑paced, creative, and highly visible environment. We are seeking a polished, confident, and highly organised Receptionist & Executive Assistant to represent the face of PURPLE while supporting senior leadership. The successful candidate will embody professionalism, creativity, and discretion, balancing front‑of‑house excellence with proactive EA duties that help keep the agency running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone comfortable interacting with luxury clients, talent or media.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the agency’s first point of contact, providing a warm, polished, and impeccably refined welcome to global luxury clients, VIP talent, editors, stylists, and industry partners.
- Maintain an immaculate, elegant reception environment aligned with the agency’s visual identity.
- Uphold a calm, confident, and discreet presence that reflects the agency’s standards at all times.
- Oversee all front‑of‑house operations including switchboard management, guest check‑ins, couriers, deliveries, and concierge‑style VIP support.
- Manage visitor flow seamlessly, coordinating with fashion, beauty, talent, lifestyle, and brand teams to anticipate needs and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Administer press samples, returns, gifting, and media mailings with accuracy and meticulous organisation.
- Maintain full confidentiality when working with luxury brands, talent, and media partners.
- Curate meeting rooms to a premium, client‑ready standard, elegantly presented, technologically prepared, and consistently pristine.
- Conduct AV and technology checks ahead of board meetings, creative reviews, and client presentations.
- Deliver luxury‑calibre hospitality, including refined refreshments and beautifully presented setups for VIP visits and press appointments.
- Support agency events, media previews, brand workshops, and intimate press gatherings.
- Maintain high standards across all communal spaces, ensuring the office reflects a polished, high‑end environment.
- Order premium office, kitchen, and hospitality supplies—such as floral arrangements and refreshments—in line with the agency’s luxury tone.
- Partner with operations, facilities, and leadership teams to uphold a stylish, secure, and efficiently run workspace.
- Manage access systems and visitor records with precision to support a private and secure environment.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with account teams across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, talent, and partnerships.
- Provide highly organised administrative support to fast‑paced PR, event, and content teams.
- Act as a trusted, proactive, solutions‑focused presence who remains consistently calm under pressure.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide proactive diary management to senior executives, anticipating requirements, resolving conflicts, and preparing them for upcoming commitments.
- Oversee inbox management, flagging priorities, drafting responses where appropriate, and tracking follow‑ups.
- Prepare high‑quality briefing materials, presentations, agendas, and follow‑up notes for leadership meetings and client engagements.
- Book and coordinate complex domestic and international travel across multiple global offices, including itineraries, accommodation, and visas.
- Process expenses, track budgets, support invoice workflows, and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental tasks, internal communications, and operational initiatives as required.
- Exercise discretion, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company and client information.
- Monitor workflows within reception and executive support, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and improved processes.
Additional Administrative Support
- Assist with small projects, reports, and research as delegated by senior leadership.
- Support company events, team meetings, and internal activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- 3 years’ experience in a receptionist, office coordination, administrative, or EA role; preferably in luxury, PR, communications, or creative industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with high‑profile individuals and luxury clients.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Superior organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Polished and professional with a strong sense of presentation and hospitality.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, culture‑driven environment.
Preferred
- Experience in PR, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors, or exposure to luxury brand environments.
- Familiarity with agency operations or communications workflows.
