We are seeking a commercially minded, execution-focused Enterprise Marketing Manager to help drive the growth of Purple’s enterprise marketing funnel. This role is centred on delivering high-quality campaigns, activities, and marketing outputs that support demand generation, engagement, and pipeline creation across large organisations in sectors such as retail, hospitality, venues, healthcare, transport, and public sector.

Working alongside Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partners, you will take responsibility for delivering targeted enterprise marketing activity that supports ongoing opportunities and accelerates deal progression. This is a hands‑on delivery role that focuses on executing campaigns, producing content, coordinating events, and maintaining the tools and processes that keep the enterprise funnel moving.

The role requires a strong doer — someone highly organised, proactive, and able to take a plan (from Sales, Product, or leadership) and turn it into well‑executed campaigns and marketing outputs.

What You Will Do

  • Enterprise Marketing Delivery & Execution: Deliver enterprise marketing activity across the funnel, including targeted outreach, nurture campaigns, events, and webinars. Execute planned campaigns (ABM, vertical, and account‑specific) developed in collaboration with Sales and Product. Manage day‑to‑day campaign activity across channels such as LinkedIn, email, industry media, paid media, partner channels, and events. Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, update dashboards, and provide insight to Sales and leadership. Maintain the enterprise marketing budget, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Go‑to‑Market Support & Demand Generation: Support go‑to‑market plans by delivering the required campaign assets, activities, and communications. Execute email nurture sequences, build landing pages, and manage CRM/marketing automation workflows to support pipeline development. Ensure demand generation data is accurate and up to date across CRM and marketing automation tools. Support product launches with content creation, campaign execution, and sales enablement materials.
  • Account‑Based Marketing: Execute ABM activities for priority accounts, including content creation, tailored assets, email sequences, and targeted outreach. Work directly with Sales to support account‑specific campaigns and multi‑stakeholder engagement. Produce account‑specific materials (presentations, one‑pagers, case studies, etc.) aligned to defined account requirements.
  • Content, Collateral & Brand Execution: Produce enterprise content such as case studies, whitepapers, pitch materials, sales collateral, and customer stories. Coordinate with external agencies and designers to deliver high‑quality assets for campaigns. Ensure all enterprise content, web pages, and campaign materials are kept up to date and on brand.
  • Events, Webinars & Industry Engagement: Organise and execute enterprise events including exhibitions, partner events, roundtables, and webinars. Manage logistics, content preparation, promotional activity, and post‑event follow‑up. Support the creation and delivery of webinar content, including scripts, decks, and email campaigns.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise‑focused marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology, data, or digital engagement.
  • Proven experience delivering campaigns, events, content, and ABM activity.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and the marketing support required to progress complex opportunities.
  • Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot/CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Skilled in producing clear, compelling content for enterprise audiences.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and delivering high‑quality outputs at pace.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and communicate insights.
  • Experienced using AI tools for content creation, research, and creative enhancement.
  • Delivery‑focused, proactive, and detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Creative, with a strong eye for detail and a genuine interest in technology, digital transformation, and customer engagement.
