The Role
As a Junior Content Creator, you’ll be embedded across all areas of agency life, contributing to production logistics (including prop organisation, location coordination, and call sheet management), supporting shoot execution, and staying ahead of emerging content trends. A core focus of the role will be developing and producing platform native TikTok content, from idea generation through to execution, ensuring work is creatively strong and optimised for performance. You will also support Instagram capture and event coverage where needed. This role offers hands‑on involvement in campaign delivery, with the opportunity to build practical production and content creation expertise within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Skills & Attributes
- 1 year experience in creating content for luxury brands.
- A genuine passion for TikTok and social media culture.
- Confident using TikTok and Instagram, with an understanding of what makes content engaging on each.
- Strong interest in content creation, video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva etc), and storytelling.
- Must be hugely organised, efficient and able to juggle multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation (50%)
- Lead weekly creative ideas meeting alongside more senior members of the team, sharing new content ideas, trends and industry observations.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, adapting quickly across Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to produce high quality content efficiently.
- Lead the execution of short‑form video content for TikTok, including concept development, filming, and editing.
- Proactively identify emerging TikTok trends, sounds, and formats, translating them into platform‑native content opportunities aligned with brand objectives.
- Partner with the creative team to develop and refine content ideas that drive engagement and growth.
- Capture and produce behind‑the‑scenes content during shoots to support always‑on social storytelling across TikTok and Instagram.
- Contribute to ongoing optimisation of content through performance insights and platform best practices.
