Understanding the world of luxury and the ever evolving possibilities to lead in the space, we offer connected services across Communications, Events, Social Media, Partnerships, and VIP & Talent. PURPLE doesn’t follow the cultural zeitgeist, we create it.

Who You Are

PURPLE is looking for a self‑motivated and dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to join its fast paced, growing Beauty & Wellness Division. The Purple Beauty & Wellness division works with some of the most globally recognized luxury brands across haircare, skincare, colour cosmetics, fitness & wellness including Make Up by Mario, Medicube, Beauty of Joseon, Color Wow, Maison Francis Kurkdjian and many more. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is deeply immersed in the creator economy and excited by both strategy and execution. We are looking for someone who understands creator culture, can spot emerging talent before they become mainstream, and is equally comfortable negotiating partnerships, managing campaigns and analysing performance data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creator Discovery & Talent Mapping
    • Continuously identify emerging creators, trends and communities across beauty, lifestyle, wellness and adjacent categories.
    • Build and maintain a robust network of nano, micro, mid‑tier and premium creators across the UK and Europe.
    • Stay ahead of platform trends and cultural shifts to identify new opportunities for clients.
    • Create tailored influencer recommendations based on brand objectives, audience insights and campaign goals.
    • Develop and maintain influencer databases and talent mapping resources.
  • Campaign Management
    • Lead influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through to execution and reporting.
    • Research, recruit and manage creators for paid partnerships and seeding programmes.
    • Manage large‑scale influencer activations involving high volumes of creators.
    • Coordinate content approvals, timelines, deliverables and campaign logistics.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and against agreed KPIs.
  • Agent & Talent Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent managers, agents and influencer management agencies across Europe.
    • Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights and contractual agreements.
    • Act as the primary agency contact for influencer representatives.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of market rates and creator valuation.
  • Analytics & Performance
    • Analyse influencer performance and campaign effectiveness.
    • Use data and insights to inform creator selection and campaign optimisation.
    • Produce clear reporting and recommendations for both clients and internal teams.
    • Monitor audience quality, engagement metrics, creator performance and ROI.
    • Track industry benchmarks and emerging measurement methodologies.
  • Platform & Industry Expertise
    • Become the agency expert across influencer marketing platforms and tools.
    • Utilise platforms such as Tribe, Traackr, CreatorIQ, Kolsquare, Lefty and similar technologies to support campaign planning and measurement.
    • Evaluate creator audiences and performance through platform analytics and third‑party tools.
    • Keep up to date with developments across social media, creator platforms and the wider influencer marketing landscape.
  • Commercial Growth
    • Support the development of the agency's Influencer Marketing offering.
    • Contribute to new business opportunities and client growth.
    • Help establish best practices, processes and reporting frameworks as the function scales.

Skills and Experience

  • 4-7 years' experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social‑first marketing.
  • Agency experience preferred, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or luxury sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the UK and European creator landscape.
  • Proven experience managing paid influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Highly analytical and confident interpreting performance data.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building skills.
  • Passionate about social media, creator culture and emerging digital trends.

Who This Role Is Perfect For

  • An Influencer Marketing Manager looking for greater ownership and responsibility.
  • A Senior Influencer Executive ready to step into a management role.
  • Working within an agency, brand or influencer marketing specialist business.
  • Most importantly, you are someone who:
    • Lives and breathes creator culture.
    • Loves discovering emerging talent before everyone else.
    • Enjoys building relationships as much as analysing performance data.
    • Is naturally curious about trends, audiences and digital communities.
    • Wants to build and shape a growing function rather than simply manage an existing process.

Success in This Role

  • Building a best‑in‑class influencer marketing network across the UK & Europe.
  • Delivering high‑performing influencer campaigns for clients.
  • Establishing strong relationships with creators, agents and platform partners.
  • Driving measurable campaign results through strategic creator selection.
  • Creating scalable processes and frameworks that support continued agency growth.
