The Role
You’ll sit within our Client Services team, keeping projects on time, on budget, and running smoothly — from setup and scheduling through to reconciliation and client reporting. Working closely with Directors and practitioners, you’ll be the connective tissue that holds projects together.

Key Responsibilities
Project Setup & Management- Set up new projects; ensure contracts are signed, filed, and scoped before work begins.
- Schedule work efficiently against budget and deadlines; build client‑facing timelines.
- Proactively manage risk — flag overspend or delays early and find solutions.
- Support Directors in planning studio capacity across upcoming stages.
- Deliver outstanding client service and maintain long‑term relationships.
- Prepare briefing documents, proposals, and project management materials.
- Run client meetings — scheduling, minutes, and follow‑through.
- Reconcile projects against scope, schedule, and budget weekly and monthly.
- Brief Directors ahead of finance meetings; capture and recharge project expenses.
- Flag scope creep early; support agreement of additional fees where needed.
- Identify opportunities to extend scope or develop new workstreams within existing accounts.
- Support post‑project reviews and continuous improvement.
