We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Clinical Product Specialist (Trainee) to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone with a passion for healthcare, medical technology, and working directly with clinicians in hospital environments. As part of a structured development programme, you will receive comprehensive training and mentoring while gaining hands-on experience supporting healthcare professionals with advanced laparoscopic surgical instruments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learning to support surgeons and theatre teams during procedures
- Developing expertise in laparoscopic instruments and their clinical applications
- Building relationships with healthcare professionals across NHS and private hospitals
- Supporting product demonstrations, training, and customer accounts
- Assisting with territory planning, stock management, and commercial activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Science-based degree (degree desirable but not essential)
- Genuine interest in healthcare, medical technology, or medical devices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude
