My client is a boutique HR Consultancy who are looking for an experienced HR professional to join their growing consultancy team.

This varied, client-facing role will combine management training delivery, HR content creation and project-based consultancy support.
You'll work with SME clients, helping managers build confidence and capability through practical training, webinars, guidance and HR projects.
If you enjoy translating employment law and HR best practice into clear, commercially focused advice and training, then this could be the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities Design and deliver management training programmes, workshops and webinars.
Create practical HR content, templates, guidance notes and training materials.
Support HR consultancy projects, including investigations, compliance reviews and management development initiatives.
Deliver training remotely and on-site across Essex and surrounding areas.
Monitor employment law developments and translate them into practical client guidance.
Work with colleagues to identify client needs and promote training and project-based HR services.
Support business development activity and attend occasional networking events.
