Senior Legal Billings Analyst - International Law Firm

Our client – a growing US law firm are urgently seeking an outstanding Senior Billings Supervisor to join their busy Finance team.

The firm are looking for a confident and capable Billings Supervisor who has had a solid background within a City law firm and now looking for a new opportunity.

\\n\\n

Reporting daily to the Finance Director, your duties will be varied and will include billings and client accounting : drafting billing narratives on a monthly basis; liaising with clients, Partners and PA's alike; finalising and submitting invoices; dealing with write offs and credit notes; submitting WIP Reports to Partners and all ad hoc duties to provide an efficient billing service to the firm as well as supervising a small team within the Finance department.
