This rapidly expanding international law firm continues a growth spurt due to the level of work coming into the firm and is now seeking a senior Office Manager in a brand new role to coordinate all aspects of the administrative function within the firm. Reporting to and working closely with the Director of International Operations, the role would suit a senior person looking to move to a growing law firm, bringing their superb expertise.
Main responsibilities include:
- Coordinating all admin departments throughout the firm including facilities, reception/front of house, HR, marketing, and IT.
- Coordinating monthly reporting to the partnership across all practice areas.
Candidates should be degree educated and have at least 8 years of experience in office management across the board, preferably in a known City law firm.
