Our client, a prestigious US law firm based in offices near Liverpool Street, are urgently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Legal IT Helpdesk Technician to join their London office asap.
Reporting to the IT Director based in Paris, the role will involve the following duties:
- Provide technical support at Helpdesk and First Line level to all users in the London office
- Be responsible for troubleshooting all PCs and Telecommunications-related issues with all technical equipment e.g. smartphones, network devices, printers etc.
- Provide assistance with software upgrades and computer set ups
The ideal candidate will have:
- Two years plus experience of IT support in a City law firm
- Excellent knowledge of PC hardware and software
- Everyday experience of working with MS Office 2016
- A flexible work attitude - happy to do overtime as and when required
