Overview
Our client, a highly successful international law firm, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant to join their busy team in their London offices.
Candidates must have proven experience in an HR environment in a known City law firm including all aspects of general HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with agencies to set up interviews
- Organising contracts of employment and offer letters
- Liaising with payroll to set up new starter details
- Co-ordinating induction days
- Dealing with holiday and sickness records
- Supporting trainee recruitment
- Co-ordination of annual salary and bonus reviews
Requirements
They must also have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
