Purple Rocket Recruitment is working with Voices for Children Limited who is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of their children’s residential homes, supporting young people aged 6–18 who have experienced trauma, neglect, and abuse.

As a Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. You will lead and inspire a committed staff team, creating a positive, stable environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported.

Key Responsibilities for Registered Manager- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements
- Oversee safeguarding practices and promote a safe, nurturing environment
- Manage care planning to meet each child’s individual needs
You are a confident and compassionate leader with a strong background in residential childcare. You bring a child-centred approach, resilience, and the ability to inspire others.
- At least 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care, including leadership or deputy management
- A relevant Level 3/4 qualification in Children’s Residential Care/Children and Young People’s Workforce
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted standards, and children’s legislation
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities

- Flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
- Full UK driving licence required
- Subject to enhanced safeguarding checks and Ofsted registration
