Purple Rocket Recruitment is working with Voices for Children Limited who is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of their children’s residential homes, supporting young people aged 6–18 who have experienced trauma, neglect, and abuse.

As a Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities for Registered Manager

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team

About You

You will have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care, including leadership or deputy management
  • A relevant Level 3/4 qualification in Children’s Residential Care/Children and Young People’s Workforce
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to achieve within 3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted standards, and children’s legislation
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
