We’re looking for a confident, strategic and solutions-focused Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. You’ll lead on a mix of PR, marketing and events campaigns for some of the UK’s most exciting brands—working across sectors including hospitality, leisure, retail and lifestyle.
This is a hands-on role for someone with previous agency experience who’s ready to step up, take ownership of client relationships and keep things running smoothly from pitch to delivery. Please only apply if you have at least 4 years’ experience in a creative PR/marketing agency environment and are currently in an Account Manager role with the right experience to step up. Please note this is not a biz dev or sales Account Management role.
Role Summary
- Managing day-to-day client activity across a portfolio of accounts
- Leading on campaign planning, delivery and reporting (PR, social, content, events)
- Building strong, proactive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Seeing projects through from brief to completion
- Working on pitches
- Overseeing timelines, budgets and project workflows with precision
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to new business when needed

- Has 4+ years’ experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Is confident leading projects and managing multiple clients
- Has brilliant written and communication skills
- Understands the full mix—PR, social, content and experiential
- Thrives in a creative, fast-paced collaborative environment with no two days the same
- Is solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and great with people
- Has excellent attention to detail and consistently meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
