The Audio Visual Technical Sales Order Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in processing and planning of projects and the allocation of engineering resources.
This role involves close collaboration with the Sales team, Project Managers, engineering teams and external customers to ensure efficient scheduling and resource planning.

Processing: Technical sanisation of Sales orders including assessing supporting documentation to ensure correct information has been received to enable the successful processing and planning of projects.

Allocation: Allocating applicable resources via the in house company booking system (Hub Planner) on a project by project basis.
Where required contacting customers to offer installation dates.
This role will also involve collaboration with Project Managers and other internal departments to ensure correct resources are allocated with appropriate skills set for the project.
