Are you an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager looking to take ownership of exciting, high-quality AV installations across the UK? We're working with a well-established and growing AV integrator delivering projects across the corporate, education, and healthcare sectors, and they're looking to strengthen their Project Management team in the North of England.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of AV installation projects, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll work closely with engineers, clients, and internal teams to drive projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple AV installation projects from start to finish
  • Conducting site surveys and attending client meetings
  • Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Producing project documentation including RAMS and project packs
  • Managing project timelines, costs, and variations
  • Ensuring all equipment and resources are ready ahead of installation
  • Liaising with client IT teams for network and system requirements
  • Overseeing installation and commissioning phases
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring a smooth project handover
What they are Looking For
  • 3-5 years experience in AV Project Management or AV systems integration
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Video conferencing systems
    • Control systems & DSP
    • Displays and video walls
  • Experience managing installation teams and multiple projects
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable (Not Essential)
  • AVIXA CTS certification (or willingness to gain)
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, or MS Project
