HR Coordinator
As the client continues exciting growth, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team.
This varied, generalist role will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR systems administration, while also assisting with facilities management and health & safety activities.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in delivering efficient HR support across the business and act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities include
- Provide HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection activities.
- Support managers and employees with employee relations and HR matters.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll records and systems.
- Promote a culture of fairness, inclusion and respect.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes and procedures.
- Support performance reviews, training and development activities.
- Produce regular HR reports and metrics.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
- Coordinate facilities management, supplies and contractor relationships.
