Purple Pebbles (Childcare Services) Ltd is seeking a dedicated care worker to support children and young people across physical, emotional, intellectual, social and cultural needs, following individual care plans and maintaining clear records in a nurturing environment.
You will build positive, trusting relationships, provide 1:1 guidance, help young people address difficulties, encourage pro-social behaviour, and advocate for their views in meetings and reviews to help them achieve their goals.
