You will also ensure the nursery is fully prepared for inspections and continuous improvement. Requirements: * Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) * Proven senior leadership experience within a nursery setting * Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding * Confident people manager with excellent communication skills * GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or willingness to obtain within 2 years If you are an experienced Nursery Manager looking to take the next step with a values-driven organisation, we would love to hear from you.
