The Role

As Nursery Manager, you\’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

About you

We\’re looking for someone with:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (UK recognised).
  • Strong leadership experience within an early years setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
  • A passion for inspiring and supporting both children and staff.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths – or willingness to obtain within 2 years.
