  • Working closely with senior management to support service delivery and operational planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Operational experience, ideally within waste, logistics, or depot environments and looking for that step up to management or a new management role
  • A hands-on leader who communicates clearly and keeps teams focused

  • Confident decision-maker with a practical, problem-solving mindset
  • IT-literate and comfortable with operational reporting
