What you'll be doing:

  • You'll work across multiple sites delivering grounds maintenance duties to high standards.
  • Complete grounds maintenance tasks on time and to excellent standards.
  • Operate horticultural machinery including strimmers and mowers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Interact professionally with the public and team members.
  • Participate in ongoing training programmes.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Grounds Maintenance Operative or Landscape Gardener.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential for company vehicle use).
  • Strong grounds maintenance and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety compliance.
  • Punctual, hardworking, and able to use own initiative.
  • PA1 and PA6 certifications desirable but not essential.
