Salary: £30,940 per annum (£14.00 per hour)

Hours: 42.5 Monday – Friday - 8:00am – 5:00pm

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Concrete Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administration, and working in a fast-paced environment. Whether you already have experience within the construction or concrete industry, or you're looking to build a career in a new sector, full training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing quotations for concrete products and services
  • Processing customer orders accurately using our internal systems
  • Supporting the Concrete Team with day-to-day administration
  • Taking customer payments securely over the phone
  • Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey
  • Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly and professional with a confident telephone manner
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Positive, reliable and a strong team player
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience within the concrete, construction or building materials sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
