Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Concrete Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administration, and working in a fast-paced environment. Whether you already have experience within the construction or concrete industry, or you're looking to build a career in a new sector, full training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing quotations for concrete products and services
- Processing customer orders accurately using our internal systems
- Supporting the Concrete Team with day-to-day administration
- Taking customer payments securely over the phone
- Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey
- Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and professional with a confident telephone manner
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Positive, reliable and a strong team player
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service
- Experience within the concrete, construction or building materials sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
