The Opportunity
As the face of the development during your shift, you will play a key role in ensuring the security, presentation, and smooth running of the site.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining Safety & Security
- Carrying out regular patrols of the development and surrounding areas.
- Monitoring entrances, exits, communal spaces, and access points.
- Identifying and reporting security concerns, suspicious activity, or anti-social behaviour.
- Monitoring fire safety, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Managing contractor access and ensuring appropriate authorisation is in place.
- Supporting Residents & Visitors
- Providing a friendly, professional, and approachable service.
- Assisting residents and visitors with enquiries where appropriate.
- Building positive relationships while maintaining professional standards.
- Keeping the Site Presentable
- Ensuring communal areas remain clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Reporting maintenance issues, defects, and health & safety concerns.
- Maintaining high personal presentation and uniform standards.
- Reporting & Administration
- Completing patrol logs, incident reports, and site records accurately.
- Recording contractor visits, deliveries, and any site-related issues.
- Communicating important information to the Building Manager and wider team.

- Previous experience in security, concierge, facilities, or customer service roles is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
