About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Evening Concierge to join our on-site team at Dolphin Quays.
This role focuses on providing an excellent experience for residents and visitors while helping maintain a well-presented, welcoming and smoothly operated residential development during the evening.
You'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, carry out routine building checks, assist with day-to-day site matters and work closely with the Building Manager to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the development.

- Resident & Visitor Experience
- Welcome residents, visitors and contractors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to general enquiries and provide assistance where appropriate.
- Build positive relationships while maintaining a professional approach.
- Building & Estate Support
- Carry out routine inspections of communal areas and shared facilities.
- Report maintenance issues, defects and health and safety concerns promptly.
- Help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the development.
- Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the building.
- Site Administration
- Complete daily records and routine site documentation.
- Record contractor visits, deliveries and other relevant site activity.
- Keep the Building Manager informed of any issues requiring attention.
- General Responsibilities
- Help promote a welcoming and well-managed environment.
- Support contractors by ensuring site procedures are followed.
- Use building systems and equipment as required to assist with the effective operation of the development.
About You
You'll be someone who
- Has previous experience in customer service, concierge, hospitality, facilities or a similar customer-facing role.
- Communicates confidently and professionally with a wide range of people.
- Is organised, dependable and able to work independently.
- Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
