The Role- Evening Concierge
As part of the on-site team, you'll help ensure the development remains safe, secure and welcoming during the evening.
You'll carry out regular site checks, assist residents and visitors, and help maintain the smooth day-to-day operation of the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Monitoring
- Carry out regular checks of the building and communal areas.
- Monitor access points and report any concerns to management.
- Observe CCTV and building systems where required.
- Help ensure contractors and visitors follow site procedures.
- Resident & Visitor Support
- Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact.
- Assist residents and visitors with general enquiries.
- Build positive working relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Building Standards
- Report maintenance issues, defects and health and safety concerns.
- Help ensure communal areas remain clean, tidy and presentable.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the development positively.
- Administration
- Complete routine site records and daily logs.
- Record contractor visits, deliveries and relevant site information.
- Communicate any significant issues to the Building Manager.
About You
We're looking for someone who
- Has experience in customer service, facilities, concierge or a similar role (security experience is beneficial but not essential).
- Has excellent communication skills.
