About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused position where you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive outbound sales activity, lead conversion, and relationship management. The successful candidate will be confident engaging with prospective customers over the phone, building rapport quickly, identifying customer needs, and closing sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy sales environment and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.

Working closely with our Marketing and Field Teams, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maximising sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and lead follow-up activities.
  • Convert inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of opportunities.
  • Handle objections effectively and negotiate confidently to secure sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximise retention and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Field Teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Accurately maintain CRM records and ensure all customer interactions are documented.
  • Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
