Purpose of Role
To lead and deliver end-to-end project management across A2V tenders and live orders — ensuring all projects are executed on time, in full, on brief, and on budget.
The Senior Project Manager is the cross-functional hub — orchestrating timelines, dependencies, and communication across Commercial, Creative, Product, Procurement, Compliance, and Logistics.
This role is key to ensuring operational clarity, proactive risk management, and customer confidence as A2V scales globally.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Buyer to take ownership of complex customer projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
This is more than a project management role.
You'll become the central point of coordination across Commercial, Creative, Product, Procurement, Compliance, Logistics and Finance, ensuring every project progresses smoothly from initial tender through to successful delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, leading every stage of the project lifecycle while keeping customers informed and internal teams aligned.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing projects from tender award through to successful customer delivery.
- Creating and maintaining detailed Critical Path Analyses (CPAs).
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Acting as the main operational contact for customers throughout each project.
- Identifying risks early and implementing practical solutions before they impact delivery.
- Protecting project timelines, quality, and commercial margins.
- Ensuring all specifications, artwork approvals, compliance documentation and logistics information are accurate and complete.
- Leading regular project review meetings and driving accountability across teams.
- Supporting and mentoring Project Managers and Junior Project Managers.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen project delivery across the business.
About You
You'll be an experienced Project Buyer who is confident managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships across the business.
You'll ideally have
- At least five years' experience in Project Management, Production Management or Programme Management within FMCG, retail, sourcing, manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
- Strong experience with Critical Path Analysis (CPA), project planning and supplier coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how project decisions impact cost, margin and customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Monday. com, ERP systems or similar project management software.
- A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach when managing competing priorities.
Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile or APM are advantageous but not essential.
