We have an opportunity to join our busy Maintenance Re-Let team as an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Person.
You will be preparing residential properties for re-let to a good standard and to timescale as a quick turnaround is essential.
This includes aspects of carpentry, basic plumbing, and decorating to a high level of attention to detail.
You should be able to work alone or as part of a team producing good quality workmanship and have the necessary skills to undertake whatever work is required from a re-decoration through to a complete refurbishment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance work (carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, decorating, plastering, kitchen and bathroom refits and more) to residential managed properties
- Carry out fault finding and leak investigations
- Carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations and investigations
Requirements
- Work effectively as part of a team and individually
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Comply with Health & Safety systems and responsibilities
- Complete reports and paperwork as required
This position is subject to references and a basic level DBS check.
You will be required to provide your own tools and there is an option to purchase via the Company Tool Club Scheme.
