About Me
I am a 21-year-old young man living at home with my mum, younger sister and our four cats. I attend the Lily Rose Day Service four days per week and enjoy a structured weekly routine. In my spare time, I love listening to music, gaming on my Xbox, watching films with my family, going to the cinema and playing Uno.
Hours and Rate of Pay
Hourly Rate: £15.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (hours to be discussed) and Saturdays 9:00am to 1:00pm.
The role is offered across six days per week, with a half-day on Saturdays. Bank Holidays will generally not be required unless additional support is needed.

DBS/Checks
A satisfactory DBS check, references and proof of the right to work in the UK will be required.
What You Would Be Doing
I require support with daily living tasks as my mobility can be difficult. I use crutches at all times and frequently require a wheelchair. Support is needed with personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and using the toilet. During periods when my epilepsy is more severe, I may require additional support and reassurance due to anxiety about falling.
The role will also involve driving me to appointments and activities using my mobility vehicle, as well as supporting me with meal preparation, basic household tasks, laundry, ironing and changing bedding.
