About me
I am a friendly, sociable mature lady and wheelchair user looking for an honest, reliable and chatty Personal Assistant to provide support during the week and help me maintain my independence. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys good conversation, shopping trips, books and spending time with my small dog.
Hours and rate of pay
- Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Hours: 15 hours per week - Monday – Friday (Approximately 3 hours per day). Preferably mornings.
- Opportunity for overtime/additional hours when required.

Confirmation of DBS check. Right to Work and references will be needed.
Responsibilities
- General household tasks, including laundry
- Pet care and dog walking
- Accompanying me on shopping trips or collecting shopping when needed
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Supporting me at home and when out in the community
Qualifications and preferences
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy
- Friendly, patient and well organised
- Comfortable around small dogs
- Happy to support a wheelchair user
- Someone who enjoys shopping, reading and good conversation
- Previous care or support work experience is preferred
- A driver is preferred but not essential
- Experience supporting wheelchair users would be beneficial but is not required
- Cleaning experience is essential
