Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Manager, minimum 5 years experience, to lead our van sales team. You'll be responsible for managing a team of van sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your goal will be to meet sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of van sales representatives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
