The Vice President of Consumer Growth is a pivotal role responsible for the overall relationship with and growth of our consumer base who engage with the Purple wifi network. This leader will take ownership of the Purple ConneX app, driving its strategy, adoption, and success. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a core member of the Commercial Leadership team, this role is crucial for collaborating with commercial colleagues to accelerate the overall growth of the business.

What You Will Do:
- Lead Consumer Relationship & Strategy: Own the end‑to‑end relationship with Purple's global consumer base, defining the strategy to maximize their engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value
- Drive Purple ConneX Success: Take full ownership of the Purple ConneX app, overseeing its development, marketing, and performance to ensure it becomes a primary driver of customer growth
- Accelerate Growth Through Action: Be a hands‑on, results‑oriented leader, ready to 'hustle' and execute rapid testing, campaigns, and initiatives to discover and scale effective growth loops
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CEO and Commercial Leadership team to align growth strategies with wider commercial goals, contributing to the overall success of the business
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in a senior leadership role within consumer marketing or business unit management
- Growth Mindset: Deeply experienced in driving consumer and preferably app growth and skilled in the rapid execution of tests and campaigns to quickly identify and scale successful growth levers
- Action‑Oriented: Used to being hands‑on and operating with a "sleeves rolled up" attitude, with a history of delivering aggressive growth targets
- Collaboration & Influence: An effective communicator and collaborator, capable of working with commercial colleagues across the business to achieve shared growth objectives
- Reporting: Comfortable operating at the executive level, reporting on performance and strategy to the CEO and other members of the Commercial Leadership team
