A new kind of veterinary practice is arriving in West London next month and we have a brilliant opportunity for you to help shape it from day one. Our client was founded just a couple of years ago with a simple ambition: to create a better experience for pets, clients, and veterinary teams alike. Following the early success of its first practices, the business is now expanding across London with a modern, technology‑led approach designed to give vets the time, support, and autonomy they need to do their best work.

This isn’t a high‑volume clinic built around targets and rushed consults. It’s a practice designed around clinical freedom, continuity of care, and creating an environment where vets can genuinely enjoy their careers again. As the new West London practice prepares to open its doors, we’re looking for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with at least three years’ experience to become a key part of the founding team.

Why this role feels different

With our client, the focus is firmly on quality over quantity. With a carefully managed client-to-vet ratio and an insured, engaged client base, you’ll have the opportunity to work cases up properly, build relationships with clients, and practice the kind of medicine you trained for. The practice has been built with both clients and clinicians in mind. Innovative technology — including a dedicated client app — streamlines communication and administration, helping create a smoother, less stressful experience for everyone involved. You’ll also be joining at a genuinely exciting stage of growth. As the company expands, there will be clear opportunities for progression, leadership, and long‑term career development, including profit sharing and share options for committed team members who want to grow with the business.

What you can expect
  • A brand-new, state‑of‑the‑art independent practice in West London
  • Clinical freedom and the time to provide exceptional care
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Flexible working options that prioritise work‑life balance
  • Excellent opportunities for progression as the company grows
  • Share options and profit‑sharing opportunities
  • An affluent and insured client base, allowing thorough case workups
  • Technology designed to improve not complicate your working day
Who we’re looking for

You’ll be a confident and compassionate Small Animal Vet Surgeon with:

  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset
  • The ambition to be part of something growing and genuinely different

If you’re excited by the idea of joining a modern veterinary business at the beginning of its journey, we’d love to tell you more.
