An exciting opportunity awaits a passionate and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving, purpose built practice in the heart of Nottingham. Known for its spacious, modern facilities and outstanding team spirit, this practice is equipped to the highest standard and dedicated to delivering gold-standard care—day and night—to a wonderfully diverse patient base, including exotics.

Currently home to a friendly and collaborative team of 4 Veterinary Surgeons and 6 RVNs, the practice boasts a culture of continuous professional development and learning. Two vets are actively pursuing certificates, while the Head Vet is on the path to Advanced Veterinary Practitioner (AVP) status. The commitment to training extends across the team, with four of the six RVNs also studying toward specialist certifications. This is a practice where development isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected and supported at every level.

This role is perfect for a Veterinary Surgeon with over three years of clinical experience, including at least one year in the UK, and a keen interest in exotic species. You'll take ownership of cases with a focus on early diagnostics, continuity of care, and strong client communication. With access to a wide range of modern equipment and the support of an experienced and balanced nursing team, you’ll thrive in a positive, knowledge-sharing environment.
