Veterinary Dental Surgeon – Independent, 100% Dental Practice – Bristol

• 100% Focus on Dentistry – Work exclusively on first-opinion dental cases, delivering high-quality, affordable care without the distractions of general practice

Our client, a proudly independent and innovative small animal dental practice, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Dental Surgeon to join their mission-driven team in a popular, well-connected area of Bristol.

This is a 100% dedicated first-opinion dental practice, committed to transforming pet dentistry from a costly side line to an affordable, essential part of everyday pet healthcare. Led by a passionate co-founder and clinical team, the practice delivers high-quality, affordable dental care to dogs and cats, tackling the nation’s number one pet health issue: dental disease.

• High volume of quality dental procedures: Averaging 4+ dental cases per day, including hygiene and surgical procedures.

The Role
• Position: Full-time Veterinary Dental Surgeon (permanent, sole charge)
• Hours: 40 hours/week (choose from 5 x 8-hour days or 4 x 10-hour days)
• Schedule: No weekends, no OOH
• Support: Strong RVN support and a forward-thinking clinical culture
• Focus: 100% first-opinion dentistry, with the opportunity to lead and shape the delivery of gold-standard care

About You

We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who:
• Has a minimum of 3 years\’ experience in small animal practice
• Is confident in and passionate about all aspects of first-opinion dentistry
• Thrives in sole charge roles with strong team support
• Is collaborative and embraces working with autonomous RVNs
• Has excellent communication skills and a genuine drive to improve pet welfare
