An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving and well-loved RCVS accredited veterinary practice in a vibrant area of East London. Nestled in the heart of a desirable village location, this first opinion clinic is known not only for its friendly community feel but also for its high volume of dental cases—making it a perfect fit for vets with a passion for dentistry. The practice has been recently refurbished and is fully equipped with everything you could need, including X-ray, Ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory.

The role is primarily for two days a week—Monday and Tuesday—with an additional rota of 1 in 4 branch Saturdays, 1 in 8 hospital Sundays, and up to two bank holidays per year. For those interested in a 4-day week, the team is happy to explore adding two more days at a nearby sister clinic, ensuring continuity and ongoing support in your role.

You’ll be joining a dedicated team that includes a full-time senior vet, a senior RVN, passionate trainee nurses, and a hands-on regional manager, creating an environment of support and collaboration. The team thrives in a busy GP setting, and the ideal candidate will feel confident with routine surgeries and dental procedures, while benefiting from the mentorship and guidance of experienced colleagues.

More complex cases and out-of-hours support are provided by a nearby, well-equipped Veterinary Hospital featuring CT, advanced ultrasound, scopes, laparoscopy, and an array of specialists—perfect for those looking to grow their ECC and referral experience.

The Package:

• A superb salary of £42,000 – £58,000 (pro-rata)
