An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the team at an independent veterinary practice based in Staines. They're looking for a confident RVN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and keen to play an active role in supporting and developing student nurses as a Clinical Coach.

This is a varied and rewarding nursing position within a well-established practice that offers exposure to a diverse caseload. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of nursing and will have already developed their skills in anaesthesia. You will be working alongside a team of experienced clinicians undertaking an interesting array of advanced surgical cases.

As a Clinical Coach, you will support and mentor student nurses, helping them build confidence and develop their clinical skills within a supportive team environment.

Working Pattern

  • Full participation in the nursing rota – 5 days per week
  • Includes occasional late shifts (10:00am – 7:00pm)
  • 1 in 5 Saturdays
  • No OOHs
  • Predominantly based at the Staines practice

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified and Registered Veterinary Nurse
  • Previous clinical experience within small animal practice
  • Experienced clinical Coach or willingness to undertake coaching responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Passion for delivering high standards of patient and client care

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious RVN looking to enhance their nursing and coaching skills while gaining valuable experience with advanced surgical and anaesthetic cases. Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.
