Registered Veterinary Nurse – 1-Year Maternity Cover (Full-Time)

Up to £32,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role

We’re looking for a caring, confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a great opportunity to work in a modern, forward-thinking practice that values its people as much as its patients.

You’ll enjoy a hands‑on, varied role—running nurse consults, assisting with surgery and imaging, managing inpatients, and contributing to nurse‑led operating days. Our dedicated night team handles most OOH, so you can focus on delivering excellent daytime care.

What We’re Looking For

  • RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 2 years’ experience
  • Passionate about delivering gold‑standard care
  • Great communicator and calm under pressure
  • Flexible, team‑focused, and ready to make a difference
