We’re excited to welcome an additional Veterinary Surgeon to join a fantastic team at a friendly, independent practice in South West London. The practice has been thoughtfully designed with pets, clients, and their people in mind. It’s modern and well equipped, yet calm, warm, and genuinely homely — a place where both patients and teams feel at ease.
They’re proud of the facilities (and a little obsessed with great kit). You’ll have access to separate cat and dog waiting areas and wards, lap kit, dental X-ray, and on-site CT, giving you the tools and freedom to deliver the high standard of care you believe in. Their clients are a truly dedicated bunch — invested in their pets’ care and happy to work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes.
You’ll be a proactive consulting vet and confident surgeon, but beyond that, they’re flexible. Prefer surgery? Looking for part-time? Keen to lead on imaging and diagnostics, or develop a service around a special interest? Let’s talk. What matters most to them is finding a passionate, proud GP vet who genuinely loves what they do.
You’ll be excited by the idea of being a true community vet — building long-term relationships with clients — and having the time, trust, and support to do your best work, backed by a kind, talented team who look out for each other.
They’re offering:
- Salary up to £70,000 (DOE)
- Ideally full-time over 4 days (flexible for the right person)
- 1:3 Saturday mornings
- 6.6 weeks annual leave
- CPD plus tailored non-clinical support and coaching
- Health Shield membership & Annual Wellness Allowance
- Pension scheme & Employee Assistance Programme
- Unlimited development opportunities
Opening hours: Mon–Fri: 08:30–18:30 Sat: 09:00–13:00
