An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader to join a dynamic and progressive hospital in Swansea. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced vet to step into a leadership role within a collaborative, forward thinking environment where clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning are at the heart of everything they do.

The hospital offers a modern, well-equipped clinical setting, designed to support high standards of patient care and professional development. Facilities include separate dog and cat wards, advanced imaging such as digital radiography and ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases, and comprehensive orthopaedic equipment. In this role, you will take the lead on clinical governance, guiding and supporting the Veterinary Surgeon team to deliver an efficient, compassionate, and high quality service to the local community.
