Job Description

We are working with an independent, one-site practice that’s performing unbelievably well – not because they’re lucky, but because they have built a team of people who genuinely want to be there. People who work hard, laugh often, and care deeply about the animals and clients that they serve.

Our client is allergic to mediocrity. They don’t hire people who scrape by on the bare minimum. They don’t want people with no sense of humour. And they have no time for know-nothings or know-it-alls.

What they do have time for is people who understand that veterinary medicine is both a vocation and a business – and that helping the business grow means more opportunities for everyone. They love their clients, but their team comes first. If someone’s rude to our staff, they’re not our client anymore. Life’s too short to work with unpleasant people.

Our client is proud of what they have built together and their incredible reviews tell us their clients notice too. But the real magic here isn’t in the numbers, it’s in the fact that they actually like seeing each other every day. Their team is a family.

What they Offer

  • Flexible hours to help you do your best work while living your best life.
  • The chance to shape your role – an interest in diagnostic imaging would be great, but it’s not essential.
  • No out-of-hours – weekends and evenings are yours.
  • Unlimited consults for members of our care plan – we hate limits.
  • Unlimited CPD – because you can never know too much.

If you want to work somewhere where your effort matters, your ideas are valued, and your team has your back, then this could be the change you’ve been waiting for.
