The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a friendly and expanding nursing team in Rotherham.
The practice is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate RVN who enjoys a varied caseload, thrives as part of a team and is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are important, as the successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting both the clinical team and clients.
The team is committed to continuous learning, with several colleagues working towards further certificates. The successful RVN will be encouraged to develop their own clinical interests and make full use of the professional development opportunities available.
The Practice
This modern, purpose-built veterinary hospital offers an impressive range of facilities, including:
- 9 consultation rooms
- 4 operating theatres
- Dedicated dental suite
- Ultrasound suite
- 128-slice CT scanning suite
- Separate dog and cat wards
- 2 preparation areas
The practice provides a stimulating environment for an RVN who wants to build their clinical skills and work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
The Rota
This is a full-time, 40-hour position, working a 1:4 weekend rota, with duty nights on rotation.
