Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across clinical and admin teams
- Oversee HR, rotas, performance, and staff wellbeing
- Ensure compliance with RCVS and industry regulations
- Manage budgets, payroll, and financial targets
- Coordinate facilities, IT, health & safety, and stock control
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Act as a first point of contact for client concerns or feedback
- Collaborate with senior clinical team to deliver exceptional service
About You
This role focuses on overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the hospital and its wider group, driving strategic growth and development. You’ll work closely with an established office support team and a committed senior leadership group. We’re looking for either a qualified RVN or a candidate with solid experience in a veterinary setting. A good understanding of financial processes, excellent attention to detail, and strong multitasking skills are key. Most importantly, you’ll bring the drive to support our continued success—and grow your own career in the process.
